About JCH Softwares
We make software that a shop counter, a tailor and a clinic receptionist can use without a manual.
JCH Softwares is the software unit of JCH Digital Marketing (Jyothi Creative Hub), a creative and digital marketing agency in Hyderabad. The agency runs social media, design and websites for local businesses.
Working closely with those businesses, we kept seeing the same problem: billing and clinic software that was built for accountants, not for the people at the counter. So we started building our own, one business type at a time, sitting with the owners and their staff while we built it.
Each software is made for one kind of business first. JCH Textile & Tailoring started with a cloth shop and tailoring unit in Secunderabad. Medura Dental started with a dental clinic.

How we build
For the person at the counter
Big buttons, few screens, and keyboard shortcuts for the fast billers. Each person sees only their own work.
On the devices you have
The same software runs on the shop PC, the owner's phone and the tailor's old Android.
Support on WhatsApp
Questions, changes and new features go through WhatsApp, with the people who built it.
