Questions

Can my staff use it without training?

The counter screen has three big buttons: Fabric, Fabric + Stitching and Stitching only. Most staff make their first bill within an hour. We also spend a day training them before you go live.

Does it work with my thermal printer?

Yes. Bills print on 80mm and 58mm thermal printers as well as A4 and A5 paper.

Can I send data to my CA in Tally?

Yes. Accounts export as an Excel workbook and as Tally XML for ledgers and vouchers.

I have more than one branch.

Each branch has its own bills and staff. The owner and head office see all branches side by side, and each branch can have billing, tailoring or both.

What happens if the internet goes off?

Bills you make are saved on the device and sent to the cloud when the internet comes back.
