Questions
Is patient data safe?
Each clinic has its own logins and sees only its own patients. Passwords are stored encrypted and every sign-in is logged.
Does it work on a phone?
Medura is made for the clinic PC, laptop and tablet. Phones work for quick look-ups; a phone layout is being improved.
Do I need a WhatsApp Business account?
For automatic messages, yes. We help you set up the clinic's WhatsApp Business number during setup.
Can patients pay online?
Yes, if you want it. Online payment links are optional and can be switched on per clinic.
We have two branches.
