Do I need to install anything?
No. The softwares work in any browser. You can also download the Android and Windows apps, or add them to an iPhone or Mac.
Does it work without internet?
JCH Billing keeps working when the internet drops and sends your bills when it comes back. Medura needs internet.
Where is my data stored?
On Cloudflare’s cloud, encrypted, with a backup every night kept for 14 days. Only your logins can see it.
How many logins do I get?
Each plan includes logins for the owner, managers and staff. We set the number with you before you pay.
Can I see a demo?
Yes. Fill the enquiry form and we show you the software on a call or at your business.
Can I use my existing printer?
Yes. Thermal 80mm and 58mm printers, and normal A4/A5 printers all work.
How do I sign in?
Everyone signs in at www.jchsoftwares.in/login with the mobile number or login ID and password we give you. The site opens the right software for you.
I forgot my password.
Ask your shop or clinic owner to reset it from their admin panel, or WhatsApp us.
